Team leadership and team building go hand in hand. The more comfortable our players are with each other, the more confident they will become as a team. This will help motivate them to take new challenges and become better as a team. Last week our girls soccer team took some time to do some team builder activities at practice to become a more unified group. Overall, team building as a group enables better communication between our coach and players, better relationships among the girls and ultimately increases the level of fun and success we have together.
